Downtime Submission
The deadline for Downtime Submission is usually at noon, 9 days after session. Given sessions are run on a Saturday, this means that the submission deadline is the second Monday after it at noon.
We do understand that life has a way of interfering with the best intention of getting this to us on time, so if you need an extension, please contact an ST to let us know, so we can factor this into our planning. If the deadline is missed, and a player has not contacted us to request an extension, we will assign a default set of downtime actions for the character.
Downtime submission should be done via the form that will be placed in your player folder. Please ensure you use the correct one for the downtime period we are in, as the form will periodically be updated with new or revised questions and sections.
Given the quantity and complexity of the downtime actions we are processing, we may need to come back to you with a need for something to be clarified or to present options on how to proceed. We will use your channel on the Discord server to do this. Please respond as promptly as possible, to help us keep to our very tight schedule for turning these around. Once any queries have been resolved, we will make all appropriate checks for each action and then write the downtime returns. Should any characters have been killed in the downtime periods, then the ST team will contact the player and begin the process of generating a new character.
One week before the session, we will share the downtime returns with players, again into your player folder. In the remaining week you then have an opportunity to send any queries to the us in preparation for the session.
