Domain Information
This information may be considered public knowledge for any character who feels they would have a reason to know it. A character who has never been to Bavaria before may know less than somebody who has dwelt in the area for centuries, but we leave that up to player discretion.
Each Domain has the holder of Praxis mentioned, and the normal location where Court is normally held (if there is one), as well as a brief description. This description, being a summary of public opinion, may be biased!

Duchy of Swabia
Held by: General Hannibal of Clan Brujah
Primary Court: Lindau
Overview
Resting along the Rhine and the Leich rivers, the Swabia region benefits from a flow of commerce from all directions. Bordered by mountains, the forests and fields of the region are home to a disciplined and hardy people, descended from Celtic Gauls. After a period of independence, they were once again yoked to the tottering cart of the Holy Roman Empire in 919AD, and continue to test and pull at the reins.
It is not clear to many in the region whether the Prince of this domain is truly the legendary figure Hannibal of Carthage, Childe of Troile and sire of Guillaume, or whether this is a titular name handed down to honour the great General after the fall of Carthage. Whether true or not, the court epitomises the essence of Hannibal and is highly militaristic to honour this great military leader. The Prince insists on basic training in battle for all Kindred in his domain. Beyond this, he rewards those who show a clear aptitude for command and delegation, awarding territory and duties to those willing to report to him and enact his will. More than a blunt tool, Hannibal was a statesman and strategist and the Prince of this domain clearly understanding of shadows and duplicity, even if they show disdain for such approaches. Kindred intending on visiting should be aware that the court is wary of any new entries into his domain and those who are deemed potential troublemakers are immediately deported. The Prince is not easily coaxed by glib arguments and does not suffer fools gladly.
Zurich is the General’s personal domain and court where he will at times hold a smaller gathering, but the public court is primarily held in Lindau. At the commencement of each gathering, visitors are welcome to announce themselves via the ‘Clamour of Stone’, striking a large boulder hewn from dense igneous rock. The Clamour is marked with numerous nicks and gouges from powerful kindred attempting to cleave the stone, and those who lack the strength or resilience to land a powerful strike do themselves honour by striking hard enough to draw blood from their own knuckles. Once welcome, visitors are guided to camps or tables with other kindred who share their region or duties in court, encouraging groups to allocate speakers or leaders to report to the General’s court in a military council. Those wishing to supercede this approach need only do two things; show respect, and impress one of the General’s lieutenants
